Return Policy

Thank you for visiting At Wish we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. Should you find any item to be materially defective when received, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 5 days. The garment must unwashed, unworn, with the original tags affixed, and no store retail price tags attached. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon immediate arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to Buyer negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria and is not authorized by Wish will be sent back to the Buyer, at their expense.

Please login to your account and view your prior order. If you are within the 5 day return period you will see a "Request Return Authorization"(RA) link. Please submit your specific request, specifying a replacement or a credit needed for damaged goods. This request will then be reviewed by our Customer Service department. If an RA is issued, we will email you and this number will expire within 10 days after being issued.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since WISH is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please ensure that RA# is written on the package.

All returns will be processed after our Returns Department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item.
