WISH Collection, Inc. accepts "Corporate Orders" Corporate orders will be taken with a 30% deposit of the actual purchase order. All purchase orders will be taken for review before being authorized for production. When orders are confirmed and authorized for production the Buyer, Retailer or Wholesaler will be responsible for merchandise cancelled before the delivery date.

Cancellations are not acceptable before completion date. If cancellations are necessary, it must be by written request to the manufacturer. If cancellation request is authorized you will be charged 15% of the value of the cancelled portion for handling. Completion dates indicate final day on which merchandise ordered can be shipped from the factory. Allow up to 10 days transit time from date of shipment.

WISH Collection, Inc. accepts all purchase orders from all buyers. All orders will be processed and shipped COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) through Fed-Ex STANDARD GROUND unless otherwise instructed.

WISH Collection, Inc. does not send COD shipments with private trucking companies. Shipments with private trucking companies will only be shipped if they are PREPAID.

WISH Collection, Inc. accepts "Cut Orders" with quantity requirements. All cut orders will be accepted with a minimum of 300 pieces per style and 60 pieces per color.

WISH Collection, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover and WISH Collection accepts company checks only after the company has been verified with DUNN & BRADSTREET and established credit line with us.

WISH Collection, Inc. accepts all claims including non-defective item returns within five (5) days after receipt of goods in store or warehouse. No returns will be accepted without a RA#.

WISH Collection, Inc. will only credit for all returns including defective items, on the following order. There is absolutely no cash refund on any merchandise purchased.

WISH Collection, Inc. will not process any orders without proof of Legal Seller's Permit #.

WISH Collection, Inc. accepts international purchase orders with process of payment prior to shipment of merchandise via wire, money order, bank draft, or credit card.

All international shipments will be processed through our UPS or Fed-Ex carrier via freight collect unless otherwise notified by the consignee with special shipping instructions.
